Overweight

Overweight generally describe as having excess fat or above normal. This happen because food supplies are more than the body need. In many countries this issue increases in over last decades. Adult population in more than 60% considered overweight or obese.

A healthy body requires a minimum amount of fat, so for you who having problem in weight I suggested starting healthy life pattern. So many ways to reduce fat for those who already have this problem, one of them is exercise. Many exercises technique help you get the body shape you want.

With good pattern of food consumption and well-balanced exercise, fatness problem can be overcome, however needed strong intention to do this matter. Don't take the Short cut be like using the drug or matter to endanger your body. Exercise is the best to way.
